We want you to love your purchase from ZÖON THE LABEL. Please read the following carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Change of Mind & Size Exchanges
Under Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, ZÖON THE LABEL offers exchanges for change of size, subject to availability.
Exchange Conditions

Garments must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

Proof of purchase is required
If the requested exchange size is not available, a store credit will be issued.
Store Credit

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue

Store credit is not redeemable for cash
Return shipping costs for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
To lodge a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A clear photo/video of the issue
Once approved, we will advise next steps. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
