Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please note processing times may be extended during peak periods, sales, or product launches.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are calculated from the date of dispatch:

  • Australia: 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

ZÖON THE LABEL is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. ZÖON THE LABEL is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. ZÖON THE LABEL is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels.
